If neither an STD, it can not be sexually transmitted diseases caused by sex with others. However, the decline was injected one of them HIV by sharing needles for drugs, even if they never sex.

Often there are no signs of HIV. The only way to know with certainty whether you are infected get tested.

If the other person had no other source of pollution, such as sharing of injection needles with an infected person, or with which they are born. There is even the possibility of (), at least in those days, you can by a tattoo. But most tattoo parlors (not all) to make sure they are clean and hygienic. Virgin or not, if you are infected with HIV transmit your partner if you have unprotected sex. You can be the first time pregnant, if unprotected. If you have sex, always have protected sex with a condom (male) or feminine, and still have a backup plan.

I think he should do more research on sexuality before they have actually committed the act.

Yes, somebody's mother might have HIV or AIDS when they are born and then passed on, or in the care of the child. I do not know when I started having sex, I would have gotten an STD, but we can all be ever so careful. Some may be permanent. AIDS can kill you.

You can take the form of HIV to get AIDS, apart from sex. Most STDs can be transmitted through other routes - if yes.
